Refund policy
At Copley Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
To start a return, please email info@copleyclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@copleyclub.com.
We recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as stock can be limited.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@copleyclub.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
